“Monte Bella” , a subdivision of fine homes is located on Williams Road across from Alisal High School. The once flat fields have been transformed into a highly desired neighborhood of new homes. The Don Chapin Co. is currently embarking on grading and underground construction of phases four and five. These phases include major offsite storm drainage work and will connect the subdivision to Alisal Road to the south. Keep checking our website for updates as this construction proceeds.

Phases 3 and 4 in Monte Bella began in September with rough grading operations.

Underground utilities for these phases began this month and will be completed in March 2006.
