Much effort has gone into building this project with minimal interference with the shopping center�s customers. The project has been separated into several phases allowing the project to move forward without ever closing the existing Safeway store. The transition from the old Safeway store to the new Safeway store will literally happen over night. The Chapin Company, as well as all the contractors a part of this project, will be working around the clock to meet the current schedule of having the project completed by Fall of 2006.
